It’s been 15 years since Erik was hurriedly forced to leave his job at the Norrland police department in the far north of Sweden. Now he’s living in Stockholm and has managed to become the National Murder Commission’s best interrogator. But a brutal killing forces him to return to his hometown. What at first looks like a simple murder case, soon proves to be considerably more complicated, where hunters, local police officers and those closest to Erik seem to be involved.
