Eight-year-old Maria has her bicycle stolen, and like a bolt of lightning from the clear blue sky Ploddy the Police Car comes to the rescue. Ploddy is a living car with a mind of his own! He can talk and drive around all by himself, and he is curious and playful. Ploddy and his policeman Rikhard set out to find the bicycle thieves - but it turns out to be both difficult and challenging! |
